Licensing issues

This article is not relevant to people who purchased our applications from Mac App Store.

If your license code won't work, please check the following:

• Make sure you enter into licensing dialog exactly the same email that appears at your licensing email

• Make sure you enter your email without trailing / leading spaces or capital letters

• Make sure the license code was pasted fully and without trailing or leading spaces

If that doesn't help, please contact us with your licensing details and a screenshot of your licensing dialog.
